中國民航局：逐步、穩妥增加定期國際客運航班

China to allow more international flights

6月17日，民航局運輸司司長梁楠在發布會上表示，目前，民航局局正在與部分國家商談，逐步、穩妥增加定期國際客運航班，滿足人員往來需要。近期，海南航空、南方航空、中國國航等多家航空公司宣布新的國際航班計劃。例如，海南航空計劃于6月23日起復航重慶至羅馬往返直飛國際航線，這是疫情以來重慶地區恢復的首條洲際定期國際客運航線。隨著國航、南航、海航三家航司收到民航局新增國際航班的額度配置，預示著“五個一”政策下國際航班運營進一步放開。

Recently, Hainan Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Air China and other airlines announced new international flight plans. For example, Hainan Airlines plans to resume direct flights from Chongqing to Rome on June 23, which is the first intercontinental regular international passenger transport route resumed in Chongqing since the outbreak. Expert thinks that with the quota allocation of new international flights received by CAAC for China Southern Airlines and HNA, it indicates that the international flight operation will be further liberalized under the "five ones" policy.

四川縮短入境人員集中隔離時間 

Sichuan shortens the time for centralized isolation of inbound passengers

據成都發布，四川入境人員閉環管理有變。對所有從四川省口岸入境人員實行10天集中隔離。解除集中隔離后，由各市（州）閉環接回實施7天居家隔離。

According to Chengdu, the closed-loop management of Sichuan's inbound passengers has changed. All entry person from Sichuan port will be isolated for 10 days. After the centralized isolation is lifted, all cities (prefectures) will be closed-loop connected to implement 7-day home isolation.

日本：五月入境外國人是2021年同期14.6倍

日本國家旅游局公布的估算數據顯示，5月訪日外國人數是2021年同期的14.6倍，達14.7萬人，連續兩個月超過10萬人。報道稱，日本從4月起擴大入境人數上限，商務人士和技能實習生等入境人數增加，而從6月10日起恢復了接納訪日游客的程序，入境的正式啟動預計在6月下旬以后，韓國和東南亞的旅行預訂量正在迅速增加。

世界首條沙漠鐵路環線開通運營

The world's first desert railway loop line was put into operation

6月16日和若鐵路（和田至若羌）正式開通運營。這意味著，我國建成了世界首條環沙漠鐵路線。和若鐵路全長825公里，設計時速120公里，一路向東穿越沙海，延伸至甘肅、青海和西藏交界的若羌縣。

On June 16, Hetian Ruoqiang Railway was officially operational. This means that China has built the world's first railway line around the desert. With a total length of 825 kilometers and a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour, the Heqiang railway crosses the Shahai to the East and extends to Ruoqiang county at the junction of Gansu, Qinghai and Tibet.
